Just half way through this thread , i can guarantee this works ... I went through a massive unproductive period of 6 months , which lead me to drastically change my life/workstyle ... ( Very similar to actionable insights here )

I can visibly see my performance improve ..

Highly recommend to very one & also will share more breif thoughts on weekend

Daily, weekly , monthly

( personal & work ) retrospectives.

I have also set up retros with at diff frequency with my key stakeholders ( founders, business head etc )

Similarly personal retros with myself and also 1-1 with key PPL.

So, retros help me identity , prioritize problems and also help me indentify what worked.

So, many actionables came automatically from my retros itself .

So, just doing retros in long run, should give all the answers you need to be more productive
