Hope you enjoyed today’s read 🙏 thank you for those who have shared with me your advice throughout this journey. Curious, what else would you add to this list?
These are really great tips to stand out as a top candidate! One tip I'd add is to quantify the impact of your work in your resume. Having number-based stats (like conversion rates) help hiring managers understand the quality and effectiveness of your work.
I love the actionable tips! Now I am more geared for the job search as a new grad. I spent a lot of time wondering if I could reach out to the current employees for more insights and this newsletter encouraged me. I hope there will be more content about how to network on LinkedIn, including what questions to ask, how to write the first message to break ice, etc. Thanks a lot for the sharing!
Most welcomed, Cleo! I will definitely write on those contents as well, since I've personally benefitted from virtual networking. Thanks for reading and hope you share it forward to friends who'd find useful :)
I'm in a transition phase (from ux research to product design) and I liked the actionable recommendations (it brings together all the best practices) and I particularly liked the "true story" part :).
Hey Lee, this was awesome. I love all your articles because they are clear and achievable. I have recently transitioned into UX design and I would surely put these into work. Thank yoru for silently mentoring us.
