Thanks a lot Felix Lee for this post, these 11 questions should be the mantra for facing every problem hah.

I would have start with n4 and then continue with if it’s aligned. It makes more sense based in my thinking.

The question about, am I the right one? It’s great, this helps you a lot to measure the scope of your capabilities.

These are meant to be incorporate fast into processes and is definitely scalable. In fact, this works better at scale for scaled companies considering more things need to be considered vs a startup.
